SHIPPING
S & A Polacheck & Associates, Inc. (“Polacheck’s Jewelers”) endeavors to take all reasonable efforts to ship orders within 3-5 business days. When an order has been processed, it will be shipped via FedEx, Standard Overnight. All items are shipped fully insured with our signature wrapping. Special expedited shipping requests will incur additional charges. Online orders qualify for shipping only within California. If an order requires shipping to a state outside of California and within the United States, please contact the online sales department. Please note, we do not ship outside the U.S.
Please note that shipping and insurance fees are not refundable.
Polacheck’s Jewelers is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
REFUNDS/RETURN
At Polacheck’s Jewelers, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied, please return your item within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please note, your item must be in its original condition and must not fall within an Excluded Category. Polacheck’s Jewelers is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
We will be happy to credit your refund using the same form of payment originally applied to your item. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days from the time we receive the item. Please note that shipping and insurance fees are not refundable.
Excluded Category items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges and include, but are not limited to: engraved items, customized orders, and specially sized items. If you have any questions about whether your item is eligible for a refund or exchange, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Premier Pre-Owned watches must be returned in their original packaging, contain the appropriate certification paperwork and protective factory stickers must not be removed. All watches are subject to inspection prior to a refund being issued.

Polacheck’s Jewelers uses cookies to record visitor’s session information, including pages that a visitor views, the amount of time spent on different web pages and the items entered into their shopping bag when ordering. Cookies are required to add items to the shopping bag and purchase items through checkout.
